Its the Environmentalist Annual Festival and here is a lady on a stage playing the flute. She, a Vegan, very soon will take her break and she will wander over to the food court for a nice lunch.

Does she know….?!

She is firm in her beliefs. She is a Jewish liberal left new-age vegan Lesbos with some spirituality. But she is young and does she Understand? Maybe not yet, she is still young.

What?!

Her flute was made in Germany by three craftsmen who still believe in their father’s beliefs. Beliefs in right-wing Nazism and how Jews ruin the world. Those stagehands that built her stage. All of them voted for Trump and they know he is doing a wonderful job! her microphone was made in China. That company supports Beijing. The chair was made in the USA, in the North Carolina mountains. made by “redneck hillbillies”! Many of these workers own a pickup truck with a gun on its rack behind the driver. They always go out to hunt when the season opens. Her dress was made by some sort of “slaves”; people working in some overcrowded third-world factories. Her sheet music was made by a company where the owner recently was taken to court as he refuses to hire anyone who is a homosexual. Her music stand was made by a company where its president is a fundamentalist Christian and he donates money to Bob Jones University, one of the most conservative Christian Universities.

She does not realize just how interdependent Humanity is! We are all interconnected and depend upon each other. It not only takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes a village to even have that cup of coffee served to you at the Cafe! You thus might be appalled at the personal and political beliefs of the people behind that cup of coffee! Just like these people might not care for yours!

The growers, pickers, dryers, packagers, shippers, the cafe itself; they all are part of that coffee. Let us not even get into the cup, the sugar, the cream! There might be from 300 to 500 people involved with that one cup of coffee. [each bean picked by a different worker in a different field] Then add the 200 for the “cream”, then add 150 more for the sugar. If you have a bagel with your coffee, add 200 more for that, plus the 150 more people for the cream cheese or butter! Nearly 1000 people for your light breakfast, to make this meal possible for you!

So there should be some “humility” here for us all, in Understanding that “village” concept. Anything that you buy or do, requires so so so many people to make it or to supply the tools for your project.

The Spider Web, that circular web seen between two bushes in the fall of the year. the *entire* web, made up of hundreds of strands of filaments, is one integral creation. Each filament depends on each other. The web would not be complete, would not function well if several strands were missing.

Each strand Contributes. There is some Truth to each way of life. The wise, Understanding, person should try to see what truths lie with each person who is a strand in a web, a web that is the collective contributions to your life. Some truths might be then acceptable to you, other truths might not be a good fit: it will be, of course, up to *you* to choose.

The lady with her flute is a web. Many many strands support her and made it possible for her to play today!
