The witch of Endor. Fundamentalists often use this story to warn people not to dabble in psychic arts or to even visit a psychic. Sigh… Too bad. I see the reasoning, though, behind this Fundamentalist warning.

Psychics come not only in many types, but they also come in many attainment levels as well, much like 1–12 grades in school. The more incarnations with greater development, the higher into the spirit worlds can they experience or to contact guides and residents there. We each and all were Beginners once. As each of us psychics grows in Spirit, we all could become Masters someday, in future lives.

Then too, say your uncle Henry died a couple of weeks ago and you go visit a psychic or medium and she contacts him. He is then asked, by her, about heaven. Huh?! He has only been awake there for only days. What does he know? Hardly anything. The good is that this might prove there is life after death and her beloved uncle is alive. Do not expect founts of wisdom though coming from him! Do not blame the psychic for this failure.

Too, young souls need structure and fundamentalism fits the bill well. Psychics only would confuse them. Better for young souls not to ever touch psychic stuff until more soul maturity is achieved. Do not give children dangerous toys!

I have seen some of my friends go insane, partly because of awakenings without focus and self-discipline.

I once visited Cassadaga, the central Florida spiritualist camp village where everyone living there is a psychic or a medium. One old soul medium done told me that there are several alcoholic psychics living here. “Psychic”, she says, is a talent and thus is soul-given and is not related to how ethical or moral a person is. In fact, I have read a channeled guide saying that once a soul *becomes* a psychic, this soul will ALWAYS incarnate as a psychic for the rest of their incarnations! So, this medium then said that even these lower-level psychics help some people as many people have material and earthly questions, questions that these lower level psychics can answer best as they are on the same level of soul development. An older soul, however, can benefit from a more advanced psychic’s consultation. Thus, all levels are needed. Yet, the Fundamentalists might condemn the two alcoholic seers!
